The Elnora Hartman Stickley Scholarship Board is accepting applications from high school seniors in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties in Indiana, for collegiate music scholarships.
Scholarships are for students pursuing a major or minor degree in music at any accredited college or university. Awards are made annually and are outright grants based upon academic record, audition, character, and musical ability. A recipient must have established permanent residency within St. Joseph or Elkhart counties, or be a student of a member of the South Bend Area Music Teachers Association.
